The 1000 Islands Pirate Society is an inclusive crew of pirates from every race, culture, creed, age, and gender/orientation that have signed the ships articles to sail under one flag. Our motley crew celebrates and supports the many diverse talents, skills, and abilities of our members through organizing and participating in a wide variety of exciting events and adventurous activities where we come together for the common good. In these ways we learn, teach, and grow from the pirate history that has shaped us, and to enjoy being pirates that sail together.
Whether you're available for setup and teardown, or playing games with festival crowds during various events, or providing pirate scenery, all hands are welcome.
